So Far Away

Ivano Icardi

The follow-up to Walking with the Giants reflects the musical growth that came with touring and finding a more personal voice. Fourteen pieces were selected from a much larger body of writing, with the emphasis on communication, emotion and the character of each song.

Lorenzo Poli and Elio Rivagli form the core rhythm section. Guests include John Giblin on Children, Kenny Aronoff and Fabrizio Grossi on Los Angeles, alongside contributions from Alessandro Alessandroni Jr. and Dado Neri.
