Face to Face

Ivano Icardi & Davide Liberti

Recorded at Skyline Studio, Face to Face brings together the guitar of Ivano Icardi and the double bass of Davide Liberti. Ambient textures, blues colours and lyrical melodies emerge through the interplay of two musicians listening and responding to each other.

The music moves from the luminous opening of Sunrays to the spontaneous blues inflections of Blue Essence, with an intimate reading of Time After Time. Produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Ivano Icardi.
